Little Miss Flint

Mari Copeny aka “Little Miss Flint” is the 15-year-old activist and philanthropist helping kids embrace their power through equal opportunity. Originally from Flint, Michigan she used her voice when she sent a letter to President Obama about the water crisis. Her standing up for her community led President Obama approving $100 million dollars in relief for Flint, MI.

Mari continues to use her voice to speak on social justice issues such as environmental racism. Mari raised over $600,000 for her Flint Kids project giving out 17,000 backpacks and school supplies for back to school, alongside her Christmas Toy drive and other initiatives around holidays.

Zoe's Dolls

Zoe Terry is the 15-year-old CEO and founder of Zoe’s Dolls, whose mission is to give toys to little girls in need.  Zoe’s Dolls is an organization that focuses on girl empowerment, gender equality and anti-bullying.

Zoe Terry is passionate about giving to little brown girls because at the age of 5, she was bullied because of the color of her skin and the kink of her curls. Zoe is passionate about giving black dolls away and has expanded her outreach with chapters in Atlanta, GA, Batesville, MS and Dallas, TX. She also has given out over 50,000 dolls in the U.S., Haiti, Zambia, Cuba, The Netherlands, Jamaica, Trinidad, India and London.
