ALL SALES ARE FINAL

As part of our store liquidation sale, all purchases made through Healthy Roots Dolls are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, store credit requests, or order cancellations for any products purchased during this liquidation event.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or refunded.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Gift purchases

  • Sale or promotional purchases

  • Delayed delivery caused by the carrier

All products are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing immediately upon placement and cannot be canceled, modified, or combined with other orders once submitted.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carrier partners selected at our discretion.

We do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders typically ship within 7 business days of purchase, although some orders may ship sooner.

Standard shipping transit times are typically 3–14 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In rare cases, shipments may arrive outside of the estimated delivery window.

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after the shipment date, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, Misdelivered, or Returned Packages

Healthy Roots Dolls is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivered packages, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

We do not guarantee free replacement of orders that are:

  • Lost after confirmed delivery

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Misdelivered by the carrier

  • Returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Replacement shipments may be available at the customer's expense, including payment of any applicable shipping fees.

ADDRESS CHANGES & INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that address change requests can be accommodated after an order has been placed.

If your order has already shipped, you must contact the carrier directly regarding any address modifications.

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund. Reshipment may be available at the customer's expense.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact our support team through the chat box on our website within 7 days of delivery.

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the product packaging

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Healthy Roots Dolls reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for any damaged or incorrect order claims.

All items sold during this liquidation sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, store credit, or cancellation.
